The Helping Hand Crisis Center in Bandera will host a series of free workshops this month to inform Bandera County residents about the details of Medicare, the center’s executive director, Jesse Parks, said. Licensed Medicare insurance broker Levi Hay will head up the seminars, sponsored by United Healthcare, which will take place on selected Wednesdays in October.
