The Bandera varsity boys basketball team fell to the Devine Warhorses in a back-and-forth defensive game on Tuesday afternoon at Bandera Middle School, falling just a game under .500 entering the Christmas break at 5-6. The Bulldogs got off to a slow start in the first quarter and eventually trailed by eight heading into halftime before an increase in energy on the defensive end of the court brought the team within two points at in the fourth quarter.
