Tom “The Blacksmith” (Tom Leining) preps his forge during last weekend’s Renaissance Faire at the Shindig, located at 1236 Hwy 16 S. Leining, a resident of Wimberley, was the most popular booth at the event, with crowds circling around the blacksmith equipment as he showed how blacksmiths worked centuries ago.
