The Bandera Business Association (BBA) is once again hosting the Cowboy Capital Christmas in Bandera this Friday and Saturday, Dec. 4-5 and will include the Shopper’s Jubilee, though COVID-19 concerns may cancel the parade. ”We’re hopeful that the Cowboy Christmas Parade will take place once again,” said BBA President Cindy Beckham.
