Sheriff’s Arrests

Editor’s note – Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt. People are presumed innocent after an arrest until convicted.

Although reasonable care is taken, clerical errors may exist.

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

During the week of Dec. 16-23, the following individuals were arrested:

Ursula Mascitelli, 62, of Bandera, arrested Dec. 16 by SO for retaliation; Nancy Cruz, 35, of Holland, arrested Dec. 17 by SO on three, felony, motion-to-revoke-probation warrants, on a warrant from the probation department and a traffic warrant; Drew New, 17, of Lake-hills, arrested Dec. 17 by SO for driving without a license, released Dec. 18; Donovan Wilson, 22, of San Antonio, arrested Dec. 17 by BTM on two, traffic warrants and on a motion-to-revoke-probation warrant; Pedro Oranday, 47, of Bandera, arrested Dec. 18 by SO for possession of drug inhalant paraphernalia, released Dec. 22; Caleb Skinner, 18, of Pipe Creek, arrested Dec. 18 by SO for minor in possession, released Dec. 19; Timothy Herrera, 34, of San Antonio, arrested Dec. 19 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency; Tiffany Hickman, 35, of Atkins, arrested Dec. 20 by SO for possession of a controlled substance, tampering/fabricating evidence, tampering with a government record, fraudulent use of ID information and four failure-to-appear warrants; Justin Covington, 28, of Conroe, arrested Dec. 20 by SO on two court orders; Alfredo Vallejo, 28, of Bandera, arrested Dec. 22 by SO on three, traffic warrants and a failure-to-appear warrant, released Dec. 22; Vicki Maxey, 55, of Lakehills, arrested Dec. 22 by SO for assault by contact, released Dec. 22; Timothy New, 41, of San Antonio, arrested Dec. 23 by SO for public intoxication.

As of Dec. 23, the Bandera County Jail had 55 inmates, including three from Real County, three from Medina County and one from Frio County.
