Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

From April 4-11 the following people were arrested in Bandera County:

Leanne Hernandez, 55, of Bandera, arrested April 4 by Bandera County Sheriff’s Office (SO) for interfering with a public servant, released April 5.

Ryan O’Brien, 38, of Bandera, arrested April 4 by SO for burglary of a habitation, two motion to revoke parole warrants, possession of a controlled substance between four and 200 grams, assault with bodily injury, interfering with a public servant and a failure to appear warrant.

Jeremy Noble, 36, of San Antonio, arrested April 5 by SO for deceptive business practices, released April 5.

Marcos Castro, 34, of Bandera, arrested April 6 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency and two counts of possession of a page one controlled substance between one and four grams, released April 7.

Mark Villarreal, 49, of San Antonio, arrested April 6 by SO for possession of a controlled substance between one and four grams.

Antonio Quesada, 35, of San Antonio, was arrested April 6 by Precinct 2 on a court order, released April 8.

Corey Lees, 47, of Fredericksburg, was arrested April 7 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency, released April 7.

Diego Garza, 17, of San Antonio, was arrested April 7 by SO for unlawful carrying, two counts of theft of firearm, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of manufacturing/delivery of a page one controlled substance greater than 400 grams.

Brandon Saunders, 35, of Bandera, arrested April 7 by SO on a blue warrant and for possession of a page one controlled substance less than one gram.

Austen White, 25, of Pipe Creek, arrested April 9 by SO for failure to appear, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana less than two ounces.

Bret May, 56, of Kingsland, arrested April 10 by THP for first-offense DWI, released April 10.

Rene Martinez, 48, of Pipe Creek, arrested April 10 by SO for deadly conduct with a firearm.

Clayton Purvis, 19, of Boerne, arrested April 19 by SO for deadly conduct with a firearm.

Adrian Arrona, 18, of Pipe Creek, arrested April 10 by SO for deadly conduct with a firearm.

David Camacho, 28, of Kerrville, arrested April 11 by SO for public intoxication.
