Roberta Himebrook, veteran Civil Air Patrol officer, spoke to Bandera County Retired Teachers earlier this month about the history of the CAP and her experiences in the organization.Himebrook, a longtime CAP member who joined the organization in 1984, reviewed its three branches: Cadet Program, Emergency Services and Aerospace Education.
