The staff at the Medina Library is preparing for the summer.

We have several new books: adult fiction and nonfiction as well as children’s books. The public is welcome to browse through our books, magazines, DVDs and audiobooks.

George Angelos recommended the “All the Light We Cannot See,” and Jolene Fudge loved “Where the Crawdads Sing.”

Besides browsing and checking out a book, you can attend one of our many programs.

The library is hosting two author events. On June 5 at 10:30 a.m., Joanne Easley will be talking about her new book, “Just One Look.” Jeep Collins will be here June 19 at 10:30 a.m. talking about his book, “Enid.”

Summer Reading sign up has started. There are many programs for the youth to attend.

Bingo for kids is June 3 from 4:00-4:30 p.m. with crafts for kids following at 4:30-:5:30.

Legos will start again on June 28th at 3:00 p.m.
