Sheriff’s Arrests

Editor’s note – Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt. People are presumed innocent after an arrest until convicted.

Although reasonable care is taken, clerical errors may exist.

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

During the week of May 17-24, the following people were arrested:

Robert Brawner, 27, of Baandera, arrested May 17 by SO on a motion to revoke parole warrant.

Robert Duncan, 54, of Bandera, arrested May 17 by SO for possession of a controlled substance.

Jack McGinnis, 55, of Helotes, arrested May 17 by SO for driving with an invalid license, released May 18.

Lante Hopins, 25, of San Antonio, released May 17 by SO on a capias pro fine warrant and on a warrant from an outside agency, released May 18.

Crystal Anderson, 37, of Bandera, arrested May 17 by SO for manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance.

Ruby Conklin, 25, of Bandera, arrested May 17 by SO on third-offense DWI. Bandera, arrested May 17 by SO for burglary of a habitation, released May 18.

Zachary Rice, 23, of Bryan, was housed for Real on May 27, released May 19.

William Smith, 56, of Lakehills, arrested May 20 on a warrant and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, released May 22.

Jacquelyn Escamilla, 32, of Bandera, arrested May 21 by SO for assault, released May 21.

Aubrey Krowiorz, 29, of Bandera, arrested May 21 by SO for possession of paraphernalia and for having a prohibited substance in a corrections facility, released May 22.

Jakob Flores, 21, of San Antonio, arrested May 21 by SO on two failure to appear warrants and two motion to revoke parole warrants.

Jim Lara, 47, of San Antonio, arrested May 21 by SO on a capias pro fine warrant, a failure to appear warrant, criminal trespassing and having an open container.

Charles Howell, 21, of Katy, arrested May 22 by SO for disorderly conduct, released May 22.

As of May 24, there were 66people in the Bandera County Jail. One were from Medina County, one was from Real and one from Frio.
