COVID-19 shakes up Medina lunch

All nutrition staff at Medina Independent School District (ISD) have quarantined following a positive case of COVID-19 for one of the staff members, leading the district to contract with Bandera ISD to supply breakfast and lunch for students through Monday, March 5, according to a release from Medina ISD Superintendent Kevin Newsom. “We are extremely grateful to our Bandera ISD neighbors who have proved to be great friends and neighbors as we wade through the muddy water of this pandemic,” Newsom said in his February 25 statement.
