The Bandera City Council will convene at the Best Western Hotel’s Conference Center, located at 711 Main Street, on Thursday, March 4, at 6 p.m. for a Regular Seeting, its first since debilitating winter weather swept through Texas, although the council held three Special Meetings on Feb. 23 and 24 and March 1.
