Nathan Craig McDaniel, the district director for first-term U.S. Rep. Chip Roy, R-Austin, will discuss current issues confronting Congress when he makes a presentation to the Bandera County Republican Women on Thursday, Oct. 3. McDaniel is a former student body president at Texas State University who became first an intern and later the communications director for state Sen. Donna Campbell, R-New Braunfels, before being named the campaign manager for Roy in his race for Congress last year and then the congressman’s district director.
