The Bandera County Chamber of Commerce handed out several awards, including Citizen of the Year, during its annual awards gala last Thursday March 18. This year’s ceremony took place at Bandera Brewery, featuring food from TJ’s at the Old Forge and music from Rebel Roxie. The first award of the night, The Cowboy Capital Award, was given to Larry Haddad for Web Wagon and editorial cartoons.
