Bandera County commissioners agreed with the county judge and the county fire marshal on Thursday, Oct. 22, that excessively dry conditions had created a hazardous condition in the county and voted to reimplement a countywide ban on outdoor burning of trash and brush piles.
“We held off as long as we could,” said County Judge Richard Evans after commissioners’ court voted unanimously to implement the ban beginning Thursday.
