Special to the Bulletin In August of 2009, an angel in the guise of Brett James, came to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bandera as a volunteer, officials with the boys & girls clubs said. “Mr. Brett” has been the longest, continuously serving volunteer at the club, officials said.
