He is survived by his wife, Darlene Boyd; his beloved daughter, Debbie Stahmann and son-in-law, Robert Stahmann; grandson, Allen Torans, Jr., wife Kelly and great granddaughter, Karter; granddaughter, Nicole Dominguez, husband Cez, great grandsons, Ethan and Greyson; plus sister-inlaw, Mary Ellen Joiner. The grandchildren and especially great grandchildren always brought so much joy, laughter, love and smiles to him. He is further survived by one brother, Wayne Boyd and a host of loving nieces and nephews, including several friends. Jim was born January 19, 1934, in Lubbock, Texas, to William and Josephine Boyd. He had ten brothers and one sister. He is preceded in death by nine brothers and his only sister.
