Norman Joel Stephens, 88 years old, of Boerne, Tx, passed away Dec. 24, 2023. He was born in Edinburg, Tx to Cecil Vernon Stephens and Maggie Jerusha Stephens Feb. 20, 1935. He was married to Mary Carolyn Stephens Dec. 22, 1958 in Edinburg, Tx.He went to high school in Edinburg, Tx and graduated from Texas A&M in College Station, Tx in 1955. He worked as an entomologist for several companies including Monsanto, Riverside, and Duda. Norman later farmed in the Rio Grande Valley.
