On Saturday, Nov. 23, at one point, we had 22 people – all volunteers – helping to set up the Christmas display on the courthouse lawn. It was (cheerfully) a better support group than I expected when I asked for help in the Bandera Bulletin and the Bandera Prophet a month earlier.
