Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.
From October 11 - 25, the following people were arrested:
Jorge Guevara Carrillo, 53, of Conroe, was housed for Real on October 11, released October 13.
Glenn Rostad, 39, of Bandera, arrested October 12 by So for assault with bodily injury, motion to revoke parole and a capias pro fine warrant., released October 15.
Dominick Pizzuto, 61, of Lakehills, arrested October 12 by SO for aggravated assault of a police officer, released October 13.
Brett Cunningham, 39, of Pipe Creek, arrested October 13 for theft between $1,500 and $20,000, released October 14.
James Mahon, 28, of Lakehills, arrested October 14 by SO on a court order.
Luke Edward Wilhelm, 43, of Halton, arrested October 14 by SO for failure to appear and an expired license plate, released October 16.
Johnie McComb, 42, of Kerrville, arrested October 17 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency and possession of a controlled page one substance under one gram.
Claudia Perez, 45, of Pipe Creek, arrested October 17 by SO for assault by threat and criminal mischief.
Jeremy Hallberg, 30, of Lakehills, arrested October 20 by SO for possession of a controlled substance between four and 200 grams.
Marcos Castro, 34, of Bandera, arrested October 21 by SO on two warrants from an outside agency, released October 22.
Maggie Ross, 41, of Lakehills, arrested October 21 by SO for possession of a page one controlled substance less than one gram, released October 22.
Denny McCoy, 60, of San Antonio, arrested October 22 by SO for driving with an invalid license and a capias pro fine warrant, released October 23.
Bradley Humbrid, 19, of Bandera, arrested October 22 by BPD for a traffic warrant, released October 23.
As of Monday, October 28, there were 2 inmates in the Bandera County Jail, six of which were contract inmates from another county.
