Abigail Bower has led by example this season at Medina High School both at cross country practice and in the classroom. She was named an Academic All State Cross Country Athlete by the Texas Girls Coaches Association, a prestigious award given to seniors only across Texas who excel in the classroom academically for their whole, high school career. Obviously, she is a great kid who has a gift to run, and I am crazy excited to work with her in track this spring.
