Medina took on Hill Country Christian in a non-district football game in San Marcos on Friday, Aug. 30, and ended up on the wrong side of a 36-22 score.
Medina Head Coach Kurt Nichols said the Bobcats played well on both sides of the ball, were ahead 14-12 at halftime and had the ball at the Hill Country one-yard line but fumbled the ball away.
