Youth camp’s water permit faces critics

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s public meeting on a proposed water use permit for a Christian youth camp outside of Tarpley failed to resolve the fears of nearby landowners that their water rights will be diminished by the camp’s proposed pumping.
