Cowgirls from all over the state of Texas showed their grit at the Bandera ProRodeo Association’s Spring Women’s Ranch Rodeo on Saturday night at Mansfield Park. The five teams of cowgirls entertained the crowd as they rode to rescue teammates, delivered mail pony express style and roped and wrangled steers. The V-Key Ranch team placed first. Team members were: Rebecca McArthy, Victoria Pena, Veronica Pritchett, Maddie McCracken and Lisa Melendez. Zero Dinero Ranch placed second.
