Workforce Solutions Alamo has estimated that the Bandera County unemployment rate decreased to 3% in November, lower than the 3.2% rate reported in October.
Bandera County’s unemployment rate registered slightly higher than the overall jobless rate of 2.9% for the 13-county Workforce Solutions Alamo area, which includes Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, Mc-Mullen and Wilson counties, a news release about the rate said.
McMullen County registered the lowest unemployment rate in November among the area counties at 2%, while Atascosa County had the highest rate at 3.5%.
