Bandera residents still have a little time to complete a confidential survey about how well the community has handled the coronavirus threat and what the city should focus on to make it a better place to live.
It’s all part of a research initiative undertaken by a University of Texas at Austin think tank to develop strategies designed to help Bandera and other rural communities prosper.
The IC² Institute at the university selected Bandera and 62 other small communities in Texas and Louisiana to take part in the summer research project called the Regional Economic Recovery Program.
