Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

From August 23-29, the following people were arrested:

Alfredo Vallejo, 30, of Bandera, arrested August 25 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency, released August 26.

Bobby Steitler, 60, of Pipe Creek, arrested August 27 by THP for second-offense DWI, released August 28.

Gari McNabb, 55, of Lavaca, arrested August 27 by BPD for possession of marijuana less than two ounces and possession of a controlled substance between one an four grams, released August 28.

Mike Cardenas, 30, of Bandera, arrested August 28 by SO for failure to present ID and resisting arrest, released August 29.

As of August 30, there were 57 inmates in the Bandera County Jail, six of which were contract inmates from another county.
