Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

From July 26 – August 1, the following people were arrested:

Martin Smith, 55, arrested July 27 by SO on two motion to revoke parole warrants.

Daryll Martinez, 29, of Bandera, arrested July 27 by BPD on two warrants from an outside agency.

Anthony Camunes-Prater, 26, of Lakehills, arrested July 28 by SO for criminal trespassing, released July 31.

Juan Ceniceros, 44, of Bandera, arrested July 28 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful possession, manufacturing/delivery of a page one controlled substance between 4 ounces and five ponds and possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds released July 31.

Sarah Rose, 36 of San Antonio, arrested July 29 by SO for possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds, released July 31.

Eric Cavin, 33, of Pipe Creek, arrested July 29 by SO for possession of a page one controlled substance less than one gram, released July 30.

Geoffrey Richardson, 34, of San Antonio, arrested July 29 by SO for public intoxication, released July 30.

Kiefer Molz, 42, of Bandera, arrested July 30 by SO for public intoxication, released July 30

Kimberly Hill, 42, of Bandera, arrested July 30 by SO for failure to appear warrant, possession of a controlled page one controlled substance greater or equal to four grams, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a page one controlled substance less than a gram.

Julie Jennings, 30, of Bandera, arrested July 30 by SO for public intoxication, released August 1.

William Morgan, 25, of Center Point, arrested July 30 by BPD on six capias pro fine warrants, released July 31.

Michael Miller, 43, of San Antonio, arrested July 31 by So for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of criminal mischief.

Brian Hempstead, 52, of Pipe Creek, arrested July 30 for public intoxication, released July 31.

As of Monday, August 2, there were 58 inmates at the Bandera County Jail, five of which were contract inmates.
