Sheriff’s Arrests

Editor’s note – Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt. People are presumed innocent after an arrest until convicted.

Although reasonable care is taken, clerical errors may exist.

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations:

SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

During the week of Sept. 16-22, the following individuals were arrested:

Dylan Seastone, 24, of Boerne, arrested Sept. 16 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency and on a bench warrant, released Sept. 18; Chance Adams, 32, of Lakehills, arrested Sept.

16 by SO on a failure-to-appear warrant and for failing to register as a sexual offender; Bobby McCollister, 49, of Robstown, arrested Sept. 16 by SO on misdemeanor and felony motion-to-revoke-probation warrants; Janice Goode-Davis, 42, of Corpus Christi, arrested Sept. 16 by SO on a Federal Bureau of Prisons warrant, two warrants from an outside agency and a bench warrant; Heather McQueen, 33, of Lakehills, arrested Sept. 16, by BTM for public intoxication, released Sept. 17; Fredrick Turnquist, 46, of Poteet, arrested Sept. 17 by BTM on a warrant from an outside agency; Timothy Bowers, 38, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 17 by SO on a motion-to-revoke-probation warrant, released Sept. 18; Dillon Allen, 27, of Kerrville, arrested Sept. 17 by BTM on three motion-to-revoke-probation warrants, for failure to identify and for public intoxication, released Sept. 18; Phillip Howard, 36, of Kerrville, arrested Sept. 17 by SO on two, felony motion-to-revoke-probation warrants, released Sept. 18; Nathan Silva, 32, of Pipe Creek, arrested Sept. 17 by SO on two charges of criminal mischief, released Sept. 18; Frank Stephenson, 56, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 17 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, released Sept. 18; Donovan Wilson, 22, of San Antonio, arrested Sept. 18 by SO for burglary of a habitation and possession of drug container paraphernalia; Juliana Holliday, 37, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 18 by SO on a motion-to-revoke-probation warrant and a court order; Jillian Carreon, 18, of Pipe Creek, arrested Sept. 20 by SO for DWI, released Sept. 20; Donna LeStourgeon, 54, of Kerrville, arrested Sept. 20 by SO for assault of a public servant and resisting arrest; Hayden Crenshaw, 26, of Victoria, arrested Sept. 20 by SO on a court order; Matthew Kievit, 26, of Lakehills, arrested Sept. 22 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency.

As of Sept. 23, the Bandera County Jail had 61 inmates, including five from Frio County, four from Medina County and three from Real County.
