Sheriff’s Arrests

Although reasonable care is taken, clerical errors may exist.

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

In the week between June 15-22, the following individuals were arrested:

Glenn Rostad, 37, of Bandera, arrested June 15 by SO for assault with bodily injury, released June 18;

Darrell Garrett, 41, of Bandera, arrested June 15 by SO on a warrant, released June 16;

Cassandra Ringly, 21, of La Porte, arrested June 15 by SO for possession of marijuana, released June 16;

Kevin Bowen, 18, of Bandera, arrested June 16 by SO for burglary of a building ; Kevin Odell, 42, of Pipe

Kevin Odell, 42, of Pipe Creek, arrested June 16 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, evading arrest, a terroristic threat, and two, felony motion-to-revoke-probation warrants;

Dylan Skinner, 21, of Pipe Creek, arrested June 16 by SO for assault with bodily injury and possession of a controlled substance;

Terrence D’Spain, 44, of Bandera, arrested June 17 by BTM on a warrant from the probation office;

Amy Ponsioen, 42, of Bandera, arrested June 19 by SO for possession of a controlled substance;

Corin Povolish, 29, of San Antonio, arrested June 19 by PCT on two, felony motion-to-revoke-probation warrants;

Kiali Vaughn, 19, of Kerrville, arrested June 20 by SO on two charges of assault by contact, released June 21;

Hunter Rankin, 23, of Boerne, arrested June 22 by SO for public intoxication.

As of June 22, the Bandera County Jail had 59 inmates, including six from Real County, three from Medina County and one from Frio County.
