In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.
Between May 11-15, the following individuals were arrested:
Michael Frazer, 39, of Clute, arrested May 11 by SO for possession of a controlled substance, family violence, evading arrest with a vehicle, prohibited weapon, unlawful possession by a felon and three warrants from an outside agency;
Christopher Rodri guez-Reyna, 29, of Pipe Creek, arrested May 11 by SO for unlawful possession by a felon, released May 12;
Toby Hughes, 52, of Bandera, arrested May 12 by SO for possession of marijuana;
Stephen Thompson, 53, of Lakehills, arrested May 12 by SO for possession of drug container paraphernalia, released May 13;
Benjamin-James Roseland, 28, of Bandera, arrested May 13 by BTM for public intoxication, released May 14;
Harvey Offer, 63, of Elmendorf, arrested May 14 by SO for indecency with a child and aggravated sexual assault, released May 14;
Anthony Camunes-Prater, 25, of Lakehills, arrested May 14 by SO for possession of drug inhalant paraphernalia, released May 16 ;
Charles Howell, 20, of Katy, arrested May 15 by SO for public intoxication, released May 16;
David Suttles, 54, of Barksdale, arrested May 15 by SO on two warrants from an outside agency.
As of May 18, the Bandera County Jail had 55 inmates, including five from Real County, four from Medina County and one from Frio County.
