Sheriff’s Arrests

Editor’s note – Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt. People are presumed innocent after an arrest until convicted. Although reasonable care is taken, clerical errors may exist. In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff ’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/ Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

Amanda Karry, 31, of Frisco, arrested Oct. 24 by BPD for public intoxication, released Oct. 24. Sanid Hasanovic, 32, of Frisco, arrested Oct. 24 by OD for public intoxication, released Oct. 24. Matthew Hamett, 18, of Bandera, arrested Oct 25 by SO for alcohol possession by a minor, released Oct. 26. Brody Durand, 17, of Pipe Creek, arrested Oct. 25 by SO for criminal mischief, released Oct. 26.

Edward Quigley, 39, of Lakehills, arrested Oct. 26 by SO for disorderly conduct with a firearm, released Oct. 27.

Leonard Long, 61, of Lakehills, arrested Oct. 26 by SO for possession of a controlled substance and illegal dumping.

Gilbert Trevino, 54, of Bandera, arrested Oct. 28 by BPD for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.

Gus Moore, 44, of Fort Smith, arrested Oct. 28 by BPD for public intoxication, released Oct. 29.

Laurieann Borger, 49, of Murphy, arrested by BPD for public intoxication, released Oct. 29.

Jodi Highfield, 42, of Pipe Creek, arrested by SO for possession of a controlled substance.

Dakota Fergason, 23, ofKerrville, arrestedOct. 30 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency.

As of Monday, October 31, there were 70 people in the Bandera County Jail, seven of which were contract inmates.
