Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

From February 7-12, the following people were arrested in Bandera County:

Tory Walden, 28, of

Helotes, arrested February 7 by Sheriff’s Office (SO) for possession of a controlled substance between one and four grams, released February 7.

Dominick Pizzuto, 61, of Lakehills, arrested February 7 by SO on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Robert Brawner, 38, of Bandera, arrested February 8 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Jacob Childers, 18, of Helotes, arrested February 9 by SO for evading arrest with a vehicle, released February 9.

Mikayla White, 24, of Bandera, arrested February 9 by SO for criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.

Amy Ponsionen, 44, of Bandera, arrested February 10 by SO on two motion to revoke parole warrants.

Frank Stephenson, 58, of Daymon, arrested February 10 by SO on a bench warrant.

Jose Romo, 29, of San Antonio, arrested February 10 by SO on two counts of three counts of delivering a controlled substance and evading arrest with a vehicle, released February 12.

Rocky Crider, 47, of Bandera, arrested February 10 by BPD on a warrant from an outside agency.

James Martin, 49, of Bandera, arrested February 10 by SO on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, released February 11.

Misty Wilson, 47, of Bandera, arrested February 10 by SO for theft between $500 and $1,500, released February 11.

Roger Juarez, 35, of San Antonio, arrested February 12 by SO for public intoxication, released February 12.

Tamara Booth, 38, of Leakey, arrested by BPD for driving with an invalid license, resisting arrest and failure to ID, released February 13.
