Summer Reading Season at the Lakehills Area Library concluded on August 3 with a party featuring two pirates, Jasmine and Robert. The duo performed a sword fight and taught attendees a little about the pirate’s life.Afterwards, the children were treated to food, hook ring toss, coconut bowling, map making, eye patch decorating, a mustache and tattoo parlor and lessons on sword fighting basics.“We had a wonderful year, serving 918 children and 399 adults with our nine programs from June to August,” said Library Director Dianna Landes.Other summer activities included a magician, a visit from San Antonio Zoo, Happy Tails Entertainment,
