As of the beginning of this year, attorney and counselor-at-law Fred Henneke began conducting his practice from his Kerrville home office, focusing his legal services in the areas of wills, probate and guardianships.
“I’m not going anywhere. I will continue serving the people of the Hill Country,” Henneke said. “With this move, I will be able to devote more attention to assisting the wonderful people of the Texas Hill Country with their wills, probate and guardianship needs.”
Henneke has been in practice since 1980. His first work was in Dallas representing banks, savings and loans, and life insurance companies on real estate transactions. In 1993, he moved to Kerrville where he opened his law practice.
Henneke has been active in Texas politics, serving as Kerr County Judge, as legislative aide to former U.S. Rep. Tom Loeffler, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lower Colorado River Authority and member of the State Republican Executive Committee.
He also has taught as an adjunct faculty member at Schreiner University and Northwest Vista Community College for eight years.
With the refocusing of his practice, Henneke said he plans to be more involved in volunteer work in the community.
