For the 14th consecutive rating period, Hill Country Memorial in Fredericksburg has earned an “A” for the Spring 2020 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade, the hospital said in a news release recently. The grade reflects a hospital’s performance in maintaining safety measures protecting patients, such as practicing hand hygiene, minimizing falls and limiting spread of infections, the release said.
