Michael Neuman, once a vice principal at Bandera Middle School, has been named chief financial officer for the Bandera Independent School District, replacing Scott Tipton who has taken a similar role in Pecos-Barstow-Toyah Independent School District. Neuman officially starts with BISD on June 1.
