Residents served by the Flying L Public Utility District have an election for three openings on the PUD’s board of director in the Nov. 3 general election. The openings have drawn six candidates, including the current board president, Patrick Raab, and vice president, Don Bateman. Also running for the posts are Nathon Laws, Sally Reyes, Chris Molnar and Judd Ryan. Board member Steve Childers resigned from the board earlier this year before being named the administrator of the district, which provides water, sewage and trash service to qualifying residents in the Flying L Ranch Resort.
