At the March 28 Bandera County Commissioners’ Court regular meeting, the court and Wayne Gondeck of DRG Architects opened the sealed estimates of five construction contractors bidding on the project to build a new county annex building.The building is slated to be erected at the corner of 12th Street and Cedar Street.Out of 12 potential contractor bidders required to meet the minimum qualifications per the County’s criteria, a final of five proposals were submitted and received by the court.Proposals were unsealed and the estimated dollar amounts, as well as the estimated calendar days to complete the project, were recorded as ...
