The Bandera County Commissioners Court unanimously passed a resolution last Thursday, February 25, declaring all legal businesses in Bandera County as essential business and services.
The Commissioners’ Court wanted to assure local businesses that they ‘had their backs,’ said Bandera County Attorney Jarmo. Lindig. “I think that the resolution was drafted with that in mind, as well as the fact that any action locally could be preempted by state and national authority.”
