City Secretary returns

At a special meeting of the City Council on February 22, former City Secretary Jill Shelton was once again appointed as City Secretary for the City of Bandera by the Council.

The Council brought discussion and possible action to approve a resolution to appoint Shelton as City Secretary.

During the meeting, the Council entered into two separate executive closed sessions with the city attorney before ultimately voting in favor to reappoint Shelton to her role as City Secretary.

Shelton, who resigned from her position as City Secretary on January 21, resumed her full time role for the City of Bandera on March 7.
