James Carnall, 57, of Pipe Creek, was indicted March 9 on three counts of possession of child pornography , according to Bandera County District Clerk Tammy Kneuper.
Kneuper said Carnall’s arraignment has been scheduled for March 22.
Carnall was originally arrested December 17, 2020, at his residence in the 100 block of Cedar Pass in Pipe Creek following a search warrant executed by the Texas Attorney General’s Child Exploitation Unit (CEU), according to arrest information provided to the Bandera Bulletin by the Texas Attorney General’s Open Records Division.
