Returns from the Nov. 5 Bandera City elections were canvassed by Bandera City Council on Monday, Nov. 18, confirming what unofficial returns had indicated – that two incumbent council members and a newcomer won council seats by narrow margins over six candidates who also sought office. Mayor Suzanne Schauman, who was not one of those up for reelection, said the canvass approved by council produced no changes in the numbers that were reported immediately after the polls closed on Nov. 5.
