The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will seek public comment on a proposed water use permit for a Christian youth camp outside of Tarpley in a virtual public meeting on Sept. 3 that could produce an outpouring of opposition if it turns out like a public meeting on a wastewater permit for the camp held last year.
