BHS Choir moves on to state

All eleven Bandera High School Choir members who competed in the University Interscholastic League’s Regional Solo and Ensemble Contest held at Bandera High on Feb. 28 qualified for the Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest, Bandera Independent School District officials have reported. Each of the students prepared a song from memory that he or she performed at the regional contest, and each received a superior rating, said BHS Choir Director Catherine Holmes.
