Outlaw Barber Shop owner Tara Dorrough has a benefit scheduled for Kim Laine on Saturday, Jan. 30, at 1 p.m. at her business, 9615 FM 1283 In Lakehills. Laine is a six-year PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) parent for Hill County Elementary School who suffered a stroke last September.
