KatNip Productions, an immersive theater company based out of California, was preparing its latest production, “Whiskey Business,” and was in need of a western setting. “We were doing research on small famous western towns, and Bandera was the most attractive, especially as the Cowboy Capital of the World,” said Katy Foley.
