Austin Ray Small, 25, of Bandera was indicted March 9 by a grand jury on charges of murder, bodily injury, endangering a child and two counts of deadly conduct, according to the Bandera County Sheriff’s office.
Small was originally arrested in Kerrville and housed in the Bandera County Jail on February 1 after fatally shooting Zachary Bower, 22, of Bandera during a domestic dispute.
