Two classes still remain available in February for older adults at the Osher Lifelong Learning Insti tute at the Texas Tech University campus in Fredericksburg, officials said. The classes are titled Texas Energy Update : Solar, Wind and More, which will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, and Global Water Stewardship: A Sustainable Perspective, which will run from 12:30 – 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28. Both institute classes will be held at Texas Tech University at Fredericks burg, 2818 Highway 290 East in Fredericksburg. The energy update will look at the best energy options anticipated in the coming decade,
