A HILL COUNTRY CHRISTMAS – BOOK SIGNING AND AUTHOR’S TALK

November 22, 2023 - 00:00

It’s that time of year and what better way to enjoy the holiday spirit than to find a comfortable spot with a great book and a glass of wine. The Frontier Times Museum in Bandera has got you covered in all those areas with the much anticipated return of renowned Texas author Lynn Dean to a book signing event at the museum on Thursday, Nov. 30. The program will take place in the museum’s cozy Doane Gallery room and will start at 5:30 p.m.

Last year, Ms. Dean visited the museum to showcase her first collection of historical fiction set in the Texas Hill Country with A Hill Country Christmas: Hope for Hardscrabble Times. With that book receiving rave reviews, Lynn has now recently released a second collection of stories set in the Hill Country. A Hill Country Christmas: Truths for Troubled Trails has already received great reviews and continues the trend of literary gold for Ms. Dean.

Please mark your calendar for Nov. 30 so you can join us in listening to Lynn Dean discuss her latest book. Whether you want to add her book to your collection or maybe you’re looking for a Christmas gift for that special someone, this is a great opportunity to purchase her book and have her personalize it with her signature for you or a friend. The museum will be providing wine and Christmas punch along with some tasty treats. This event is free and open to the public. The museum is located at 510 13th St., Bandera, Texas.
