If they are doing something they should be clearer about what that is. It’s hard to believe people live in this squalor, and if they are drug addicts, as many of us neighbors assume, they need help in changing their lives. Ignoring this situation is not helping anyone involved. And if there are children living there, shouldn’t Child Protective Services be involved as well? Public outcry is the only thing likely to lead to action..
